Glad you guys like the car! I have loved the car since 1989 so it was a great fun to finally see it done the "iRacing" way but it was even more fun getting to see it in person!

The cherry on top was getting to meet Mr. Stuck and get to listen to stories from his past and his current life as an "ambassador" of motorsports. We actually have a small piece of tape we filmed on his thoughts of the racing world that we will cut and put out at some point.

For those that are upset for some reason on how we announced this and why we built this particular car, you are absolutely entitled to your opinion. There is a lot of things that go on behind the scenes at iRacing and we certainly know that we can't please everyone all the time. Just the nature of the beast.

We had a lot of fun trying something new and hopefully opening some eyes to a car that was truly a unique and dominating race car. I think if you put things into perspective you will enjoy our next surprise as well.

ps. Fun fact for you. If you look closely at the shots of the car on track that we shot in Germany and in the Audi Tradition garage you will notice that the wheels and tires are not as wide as on the in-sim car. We spotted this right away when scanning the car and made them pull out the original wheels and tires and scanned them separately. Goodyear does not make the original size tire that was on the car in 1989 anymore and they did not want to put Hoosiers on the car!
