    Regulations updatedto version 1.2
    http://www.got-racing.eu/wp/?page_id=1743

We have updated the regulations today. The most important changes are:

    Start procedure: section 9.09.
For each event we will define a "starting box" within which the leader of each class must start the race by accelerating from pacing speed. Leaders must wait until they are inside the starting box, and may not wait until after the starting box. The starting box is highlighted in the drivers briefing for each event.

The starting boxes are easy to understand with clear begin and end markers (typically lines on track, curbs, etc).

The end of the starting boxes are designed to be before the point where the green flag flies. This means the green flag should always be triggered by the leader accelerating, and not by the leader waiting too long.

Penalties given by iRacing automatically: section 11.06
iRacing can give automated penalties outside of our control (such as speeding in pitlane, overtaking the class leader before the start, ignoring a slow down, etc). We have clarified that these penalties may be combined with a regular pit stop. Penalties given by Race Control may not be combined.

We hope everything is clear, and if not please ask!
